Robust Data Solutions is an AI consulting firm based in Jorba (Barcelona) that works with companies all over Spain and in Andorra. We connect all of a company’s programs to a single AI, so it can be run entirely from one screen, with guardrails and the law first.
The company is young; the experience behind it isn’t. Our founder, Albert Lens, has more than 40 years of experience in business technology. That’s why we apply artificial intelligence with judgment and with a real understanding of how a company works.

At Robust Data Solutions we believe AI isn’t an add-on: it’s the new operating system of the business. We use it ourselves first
Robust runs on its own system: CRM, email, WhatsApp, calendar, documents and accounting, all connected to the same artificial intelligence, with more than 400 operations available.
Each person has a single connector with their own permissions, and every operation is recorded in a tamper-proof log. Before changing any data, the system shows what it’s going to do and asks for confirmation.
Since February we have made more than 2,600 changes in our CRM by talking to the AI, instead of filling in forms.
Real Human in the Loop: in a mailing to our partners, the person rejected four of the six corrections the AI suggested before sending it.

2. We take it personally. We study your company as if it were our own, and we propose exactly what we’d do for ourselves.
3. Peace of mind. You ask for an email to be sent to a customer, and the system finds the thread, knows who it’s for, picks the language and whether you’re formal or informal with them, and shows it to you before sending it. No more endless double-checking or worrying about getting it wrong: you get it right, and you do it with peace of mind.

With guardrails: permissions per person, a log of every operation and a person who decides. Our AI never decides on its own: it proposes, and a person always makes the final decision. And with the law first: every project goes through a regulatory compliance review (data protection and the EU AI Act) with Forrellat Consultors, our data protection and compliance partner and a Data Protection Officer registered with the AEPD.
